Often Neglected Facts Of Bodybuilding

I often found, these days, youngsters in Nepal wondering about the nice muscular-shaped body of the westerner to be happened on them unknown of the fact that how hard and how much commitment is required to achieve that kind of masterpiece.

Capital is now equipped with some good fitness clubs. Gym houses are getting its pace mainly in Kathmandu. Despite of its increased number, the proper fact about bodybuilding is still lacking in most of the clubs & their members. They join the club do some couple of barbell curls, bench press, and shoulder presses; they see their relevant body parts getting bigger within an hour of workout. Few hours, after training, their so called got-big muscle will come to its previous size. They misunderstand pumping as sudden increase in muscle. The main fact we have to understand here is our body doesn't grow while doing workout. It just pump our muscles which is of course due to excessive flow of blood to that relevant muscle part. So when it gets pumped it seems bigger than its normal size.

Body building is simply an act of increasing muscle on our body through appropriate workout, good diet and enough rest (20% workout, 30% rest and 50% proper diet). It’s a long process where your patience, commitments and determination play a significant role. Slowly but surely you will see the result. I am pretty sure, at that moment you can't take your eyes off the mirror.
